Covid-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the worldwide health organisation (WHO). COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to be spread mainly from person-to-person contact.

As responsible business owners, Gwynedd Paranormal Investigations will be putting preventative measures in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our priority is to protect our guests and team members as best we can by following all guidelines published by WHO and the Welsh Government.

The following list highlights what we are doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • A phone number MUST be provided on your signed terms and conditions form for contact tracing purposes.
  • The base room will be set-up to maintain social distancing between all households / bubbles and Gwynedd Paranormal staff. You must follow social distancing procedures throughout the event.
  • Hand sanitiser must be used upon entry to the premises and will be available to guests for use throughout the event.
  • Face coverings must be worn other than when seated to eat or drink unless you are medically exempt.
  • All entrances and exits to the premises will be controlled and all doors /handles will be cleaned as well as internal doors, between vigils and tea breaks.
  • You are advised not to touch surfaces, do not move chairs, tables etc around the building.
  • We will NOT be holding hands during protection and grounding and during the group seance.
  • Disposable gloves will be available should anyone wish to wear them at any point during the night.
  • Paranormal equipment will be cleaned after each use. You will be required to use hand sanitiser prior to handling any equipment. Contact with equipment will be restricted to specific vigils to reduce handling.
  • Physical activities such as Ouija boards will not be permitted unless you are from the same household.

Only healthy guests should attend. If you do not feel well, stay at home! Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. If you are found to have a temperature of 37.8 or more, you will be asked to leave. If you appear to be displaying any other symptoms of COVID-19 you will be asked to leave. In regard to our cancellation policy no refund will be issued.

Mae Covid-19 wedi cael ei ddatgan yn bandemig ledled y byd gan y sefydliad iechyd ledled y byd (WHO).  Mae COVID-19 yn heintus dros ben a chredir ei fod wedi'i ledaenu'n bennaf o gyswllt person i berson.

Fel perchnogion busnes cyfrifol, mae Gwynedd Paranormal Investigations wedi rhoi mesurau ataliol ar waith i leihau lledaeniad COVID-19.  Ein blaenoriaeth yw amddiffyn ein gwesteion ac aelodau ein tîm orau ag y gallwn trwy ddilyn yr holl ganllawiau a gyhoeddwyd gan WHO a Llywodraeth Cymru.  Mae'r rhestr ganlynol yn tynnu sylw at yr hyn yr ydym yn ei wneud i atal COVID-19 rhag lledaenu:

  • RHAID darparu rhif ffôn ar eich ffurflen telerau ac amodau wedi'u llofnodi at ddibenion olrhain cyswllt.
  • Bydd yr ystafell sylfaen wedi'i sefydlu i gynnal pellter cymdeithasol rhwng yr holl aelwydydd / swigod a staff Gwynedd Paranormal.  Rhaid i chi ddilyn gweithdrefnau pellhau cymdeithasol trwy gydol y digwyddiad.
  • Rhaid defnyddio glanweithydd dwylo wrth fynd i mewn i'r adeilad a bydd ar gael i westeion i'w ddefnyddio trwy gydol y digwyddiad.
  • Rhaid gwisgo gorchuddion wyneb heblaw pan fyddant yn eistedd i fwyta neu yfed oni bai eich bod wedi'ch eithrio yn feddygol.
  • Bydd pob mynedfa ac allanfa i'r adeilad yn cael ei reoli a bydd yr holl ddrysau / dolenni yn cael eu glanhau yn ogystal â drysau mewnol, rhwng gwylnosau ac egwyliau te.
  • Fe'ch cynghorir i beidio â chyffwrdd ag arwynebau, peidiwch â symud cadeiriau,  byrddau ac ati o amgylch yr adeilad.
  • NI fyddwn yn dal dwylo yn ystod yr amddiffyniad a'r llawr ac yn ystod y sesiwn grŵp.
  • Bydd menig tafladwy ar gael pe bai unrhyw un yn dymuno eu gwisgo ar unrhyw adeg yn ystod y nos.
  • Bydd offer paranormal yn cael eu glanhau ar ôl pob defnydd.  Bydd gofyn i chi ddefnyddio glanweithydd dwylo cyn trin unrhyw offer.  Bydd cyswllt ag offer yn cael ei gyfyngu i wylnosau penodol i leihau trin.
  • Ni chaniateir gweithgareddau corfforol fel byrddau Ouija oni bai eich bod o'r un cartref.

Dim ond gwesteion iach ddylai fod yn bresennol.  Os nad ydych chi'n teimlo'n dda, arhoswch gartref!  Cymerir eich tymheredd wrth gyrraedd.  Os canfyddir bod gennych dymheredd o 37.8 neu fwy, gofynnir ichi adael.  Os yw'n ymddangos eich bod yn arddangos unrhyw symptomau eraill o COVID-19 gofynnir i chi adael.  O ran ein polisi canslo ni roddir ad-daliad.
